Top skills
Each skill counts once per posting, and only recognized role, responsibility and qualification sections are searched. Detection is an estimate from a limited sample.
Skill trends
How often skills appear in postings, by the month they were published.
Monthly numbers
Only postings the collector still holds are included, so this is not a history of every job open each month. Months with fewer than 20 readable postings are left blank, and the current month may be incomplete. Changes in board coverage can also move these lines.
Posted salaries
Annual USD ranges published in job postings, not actual pay.
By role
Average midpoint of the posted range
By month published
Monthly numbers
Only postings with a detected USD range are included; hourly rates, other currencies and unlisted pay are left out. A range may combine location-specific tiers, and small samples can skew comparisons.

How to read it
- Postings are a sample of selected employer boards, not the whole job market.
- A mention is an estimate, not proof that a skill is required. Skills are matched only in recognized role, responsibility and qualification sections.
- Role is estimated from the job title, so titles we can’t place are grouped as Other roles.
- Date filters use the date the job board supplied. Postings with no reliable date are left out when a date filter is set.
- Adding boards changes the sample, so compare shares rather than raw counts over time.
